For shipping estimates to work in DC you'll need packaging data added to your products AND Shipping Carriers & Methods must be setup. Here's how to setup your Shipping Carriers & Methods:
- While logged into DC, click Account in the left hand menu
- Then select Misc
- Next, click Shipping Setup
- On the Shipping Setup page, select your accepted Shipping Carriers & Methods in the left hand box
- Move the selected Carriers & Methods to the right box by clicking the button with right facing arrows
- Once all of your accepted Shipping Carriers & Methods are moved to the right box, click Save
