OneSource offers enhanced connectivity for Suppliers and Data Consumers who use PromoStandards Order Services!
In OneSource, Data Consumers are Distributors and Service Providers. Industry Data Consumers use PromoStandards Order Services to digitally receive Order Status or Order Shipment Notifications from suppliers.
Suppliers unlock this advanced connection when they enter a Data Consumers specific credentials in the OneSource portal:
- If OneSource hosts your PromoStandards Order Services
All you need to grant access to a Data Consumer is to enter their Customer Number. The Customer Number is used as a key to unlock orders for that specific customer.
- If you manage or host your own PromoStandards Order Services
If you manage your own Order Services endpoints, simply add your Data Consumer's Access Key and Password into OneSource. This action unlocks Order Services (and Customer Pricing) specific to this customer.
- If you don't have PromoStandards Order Services
