How to Remove Distributors Customer Number & Order Services Access

If OneSource manages your PromoStandards Order Services, remove a Distributor's customer number to revoke their access to your PromoStandards Order Status and/or Order Shipment Notification services.

1. While logged into OneSource, select Data Consumers in the navigation menu
   
   
2. Choose Distributors in the dropdown
   
   
   
3. On the Data Consumers page, search to find the Distributor you'd like to revoke access
   
   
   
4. To the right of the distributor click the Actions menu
   
   
   
   
5. Choose Manage Order Services
   
   
   
   
6. Next, in the Order Services Access modal, clear out the text in the Customer Number text field
   
   
   
7. Click Save
   
   
   

The Distributor no longer has access to your PromoStandards Order Services
