Product Update Format - Custom Spreadsheet Imports (FTP Download)

  • Updated

Have your product data updated in DC automatically with your own hosted Custom Spreadsheet!

A custom spreadsheet is an excellent tool for managing your data in DC. We create an automated import process tailored to fit the data structure that best suits your products.

Then, DC will create a process to get your product updates on a regular basis from a static URL.

Product Update Method(s)

FTP (Download)

Your complete Custom Spreadsheet is automatically downloaded from the provided URL on a predetermined schedule.

Spreadsheet Upload Requirements

  1. Must follow the Custom Spreadsheet format originally provided.

  2. Must always include a complete list of your products
Because of how our importers function, if you don’t include all your products in the spreadsheet, products that are not listed will be removed from our database.

Who does this work best for?

Custom Spreadsheet (FTP Download) works for any supplier with a data file that can be accessed using a static website URL.

The Custom Spreadsheet must include the following minimum required data:

check.png   Product number

check.png   Net pricing

check.png   Retail pricing
