Manage your product data with your own Custom Spreadsheet format!
A custom spreadsheet is an excellent tool for managing your data in DC. We create an automated import process tailored to fit the data structure that best suits your products.
Then, to manage your DC product data, just upload your complete product data list in your custom spreadsheet to our SFTP by following these steps:

Your complete Custom Spreadsheet must be uploaded to our SFTP by following these steps:

Must follow the Custom Spreadsheet format originally submitted.

Must include a complete list of your products every time a spreadsheet is uploaded
Because of how our importer functions, if you don’t include all your products in the spreadsheet you upload, any products that are not listed will be removed from our database.
Who does this work best for?
The Custom Spreadsheet format works for any supplier with a custom export of their data. (Custom is a spreadsheet that doesn't come from SAGE or ASI).
The Custom Spreadsheet must include the following minimum required data:
Product name
Product number
Net pricing
Retail pricing
Discount codes
Product images
Description OR Bullet Points
If Decoration Information is available for your products, please provide the following information:
Decoration method
Decoration location
Decoration charge
Decoration setup
Who does this NOT work for?
The Custom Spreadsheet requires your spreadsheet to be uploaded via SFTP in the same format each time. At first, FTP uploads require some technical skill. Suppliers who aren't comfortable with uploading their data via SFTP or who can't provide updates in the same format each time will need to use another Product Data Update Format to manage their DC product data.
