Your ASI Spreadsheet must be uploaded to the Bulk Product Manager in your DC account.

Must include a complete list of your products every time a spreadsheet is uploaded
Because of how our importer functions, if you don’t include all your products in the spreadsheet you upload, any products that are not listed will be removed from our database.
What type of products does this work best for?
This format works best for suppliers who manage their complete product data set in ESP.
Complete products should include
- Pricing
- Images
- Decoration (if available)
- Description/Bullet Points
- Product Colors/Sizes
- Packaging Info.
What type of products does this NOT work with it?
The ASI Spreadsheet lets you enter different types of information into specific columns. However, because this format lacks a strong data structure, it's challenging to ensure that your data is accurately imported into DC and then transferred to OneSource.

DistributorCentral Attributes
Since you're updating your product data using ASI's Spreadsheet format, you'll still need to manage your DistributorCentral attributes using the Bulk Product Manager.
