Manage your DistributorCentral product data with your SAGE spreadsheet format!

Product Update Method(s)

Your SAGE Spreadsheet must be uploaded to the Bulk Product Manager in your DC account.

Spreadsheet Upload Requirements

  1. Must follow SAGE's spreadsheet format.

  2. Must include a complete list of your products every time a spreadsheet is uploaded
    Because of how our importer functions, if you don’t include all your products in the spreadsheet you upload, any products that are not listed will be removed from our database.

What type of products does this work best for?

This format works best for suppliers who manage their base product data set in SAGE.

What type of products does this NOT work with it?

The SAGE Spreadsheet does not provide complete e-commerce product data. If you have no other data export available at the time, this spreadsheet format may be a good starting point when you're first onboarding with DC. However, its typically not a good long-term data management solution if you want you have orderable product data. 

Please note: SAGE Spreadsheets do not include product images. Product images are required for a product to display in DC, therefore, you will HAVE to supplement your SAGE Spreadsheet with a separate image upload whenever adding or updating your product images.

We'll work with you to choose the best format for you and your products and then assist you in changing the file format you provide DC for product updates. 

 

DistributorCentral Attributes

Since you're updating your product data using SAGE's Spreadsheet format, you'll still need to manage your DistributorCentral attributes using the Bulk Product Manager
