After you've uploaded your inventory to OneSource via FTP, log in to OneSource to view when its complete or potential errors:
- While logged into OneSource, click Products
- Choose Bulk Data Manager
- Under the Data Change History section, click FTP Uploads tab (located above the table)
- Here you'll see FTP uploads you've submitted
Note:
- View Errors in the upload by clicking the Download link under the Message column
- Each upload will have multiple lines within the FTP Upload table. (We show each state of the upload on its own row)
- Your upload will take at least 5 minutes to appear in the OneSource FTP Uploads table
