How to Add a Proof to an Order

  1. With the order open, click Add/Email to the right of the Proofs to Distributors section


  2. Next, enter the Proof Approval Due date
  3. Click Browse to upload the Proof file (PDF's are recommended for the best viewing experience)
  4. Click Save and Send
  5. Next, you will be able to customize the subject who you're sending the Proof too as well as the message the Distributor will receive. (Default Proof Message)


  6. Once you've customized your Proof message, click Send Proof Notification
  • When the Distributor receives the email notification they will review and submit feedback on the Proof using DC's proofing system
  • When feedback is received your order status will be updated
