- With the order open, click Add/Email to the right of the Proofs to Distributors section
- Next, enter the Proof Approval Due date
- Click Browse to upload the Proof file (PDF's are recommended for the best viewing experience)
- Click Save and Send
- Next, you will be able to customize the subject who you're sending the Proof too as well as the message the Distributor will receive. (Default Proof Message)
- Once you've customized your Proof message, click Send Proof Notification
- When the Distributor receives the email notification they will review and submit feedback on the Proof using DC's proofing system
- When feedback is received your order status will be updated
