Upload Product Images for Bulk Import Using Images Spreadsheet
To update your product images in bulk, upload the images spreadsheet with product number and direct image URL following the below specifications for importing.
FILE SPECIFICATIONS
- At least 750 x 750 px
- RGB color mode only
- JPG or GIF file format
- Image file names should start with the item number it belongs to
(i.e. 123_main.jpg)
- Additional Images: Use the upload comments section to indicate the naming convention used for additional product images
(i.e. 123_view2.jpg)
- Additional Images: Use the upload comments section to indicate the naming convention used for additional product images
- The spreadsheet must contain the product number in column A, and the file url in column G
When you're spreadsheet is ready, upload it to DC:
- Select Products in the left menu
- Click Bulk Product Manager
- On the Product Data File Manager page, click Upload Import Spreadsheet
The Product Data Spreadsheet Upload box will open - Choose Product Attributes in the Update Type dropdown
- Click Select file
- Find and upload your Images Spreadsheet
- Click Save in the bottom right corner of the Product Data Spreadsheet Upload
Once uploaded your Data Team will run your updates. In the Imports table you can track the progress of your import.
