How to Enable the "Has Blank" Product Attribute

If your product can be ordered "blank", or if it can be ordered as either "blank' or "decorated", you must have the "Has Blank" product attribute enabled. 

Follow the steps below to enable this attribute for your product: 

  1. While logged into your DistributorCentral account, click Products in the left menuone.png

  2. Choose Add/Edit Products

  3. Click Edit to the right of the product you need to add an option tothree.png

  4. When the Product Editor loads, click Attributes

  5. When the product's Attribute page loads, click the "General Product Information" category to the left

  6. Next, check the "Has Blank Version" checkboxsix.png

  7. Save your changes

The "Has Blank" attribute can be enabled in bulk via the Product Attribute Spreadsheet.
