Follow these steps to create a Product Color Information choice.

- While logged into your DistributorCentral account, click Products in the left menu
- Click Add/Edit Choices
- On the Add/Edit Product Option Choices page, click Add New Choice
- Next fill out the Main Information form fields:
- Change the Option Type to Product Color Information
- Enter the Choice Name.
This will show to distributors and end-buyers - Enter the Choice Number. The Choice Number must be unique to each choice
- If you send inventory levels to DC:
- The choice number is the partId shown in our inventory spreadsheet and must match to the associated partId in your inventory.

- The choice number is the partId shown in our inventory spreadsheet and must match to the associated partId in your inventory.
- If you send inventory levels to DC:
- Skip to the choice's Description. If a description is available, enter it here
Option Description is not required to continue
- Change the Option Type to Product Color Information
- Click Save
- Once the option's main information is saved, click "Addl Info Tab"
- Confirm the start and end dates for the "Active Date Range"
- Confirm the Product Versions that this product is associated with
- Save your changes
- Next, click Images
- Upload the choice image
- Click + Select File...
- Find the choice image file on your computer files for upload
- Save your changes
- Click Pricing
- Add pricing for this product color choice
- Enter quantity
- Select the Margin Code
- Enter the Retail Price
- Check the Display to Customer box
- Repeat for each quantity
- Save the pricing
- Repeat steps 1-14 for each product color choice
